Making an offer to the candidate, we help to prepare the correct offer for the candidate ,we manage the offering process , we advise the client on possible counter-offers for the candidate
DAY 24-45
Accompanying the candidate up to the first working day ,we are in constant communication with the candidate ,we provide the client with recommendations on preventing counter-offers , we issue an invoice for payment of services only after the candidate starts work
